SurveyMonkey's Oracle Eloqua integration lets you send SurveyMonkey surveys in your Oracle Eloqua campaigns to create or update contacts and store survey responses as custom data objects in Eloqua.
When uninstalling and reinstalling the Eloqua integration, all of your mappings will be cleared. Please use caution and plan accordingly.
We have started the process of sunsetting the Eloqua integration. Please refer to our FAQs for more information.
Our integration gives you three steps for your campaign work flows.
The SurveyMonkey Create/Update Contacts step generates a URL you can use to send your survey. This URL can also be found your collector list in your SurveyMonkey account. You can send your survey using the Eloqua Email step. You can connect this step to other steps in your flow to move contacts through your campaign.

This step sends emails through SurveyMonkey's email invitation tool to send surveys that create and update contacts in Eloqua and, if desired, store responses in a Custom Data Object (CDO).

This step lets you export your Eloqua contacts into SurveyMonkey. Learn more about managing your contacts in SurveyMonkey.
Use the mapping table to map your Eloqua contact fields to SurveyMonkey for export. At minimum you must map an email address. SurveyMonkey can also map a first and last name and up to six custom data fields.
If you'd like to map a static value as a custom data field, enter it in the Hidden Field Mappings table.
TIP! Add contacts to an existing group by selecting it by name from the drop down in the configuration window.
We are always improving our product portfolio against market and customer needs. After a rigorous evaluation, we will be discontinuing the Eloqua integration and instead focus on building new integrations, as well as enhancing existing ones to better serve our customers’ business needs.
