Account, Users and Login
Your subdomain is the username for your account. It's used in URLs associated with your account, in links to your forms, and in your report links.
If you're an Admin or a User in a Wufoo account, you need to log in using the Account Login Link, which includes your subdomain.
On any paid plan, you can add users to a Wufoo account and work with a team to build forms and reports. To get to the User Management page, log in and go to Users.
The Account Manager page is the hub for your account settings—it's where you can access your subdomain, activity log, account usage, billing information, and plan details.
We offer email support for all customers.
Editing Your Name, Email & Password
To edit your user information, like the name, email, or password for your account, log in and go to Users.
To ensure your access to paid features is never interrupted, paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The Activity Log shows you what's been happening in your Wufoo account. This is really useful if you have multiple users in your account and need to track down when something occurred.
