First, check your spam or junk folders for messages from firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
If they aren't in your spam or junk folders, they may be blocked by your email server's firewall, especially if you're sending them to a corporate email address. You or your IT department can add our sender domains and mail IP addresses to your email allow list (sometimes known as a whitelist).
