Wufoo

To ensure your access to paid features is never interrupted, paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel auto-renew at any time. We encourage you to review our terms of service before canceling so you understand how canceling affects you.

Canceling auto-renew prevents your payment method from being charged at your next billing date. Your current subscription (the time you already paid for) isn't affected, so you'll continue to be able to access and benefit from paid features until the plan downgrades on your next billing date.

The Account Creator or Administrator can cancel auto-renew. Your account will downgrade to a free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.

To disable auto-renew:

  1. Log in to your Wufoo Account
  2. At the top of the page:
    • If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Account.
    • If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click your username then click Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down the page and click View Billing Information.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click Disable Auto-Renew.
  5. At the confirmation message, click Disable Auto-Renew.

If you don't want your account to remain on the free plan, the Account Creator can permanently delete it.

To delete your account:

  1. Log in to your Wufoo Account
  2. At the top of the page,
    • If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Account.
    • If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click your username then click Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete Account button.
  4. Confirm you're okay to delete the account.

Admins can delete themselves from the account on the User Management page. Users need to be deleted by an Account Creator or an Admin.

In accordance with our terms of service, previous charges won't be refunded unless legally required.

Consumers in the European Union have refund rights described in our Subscription Cancellation Policy for Europe.

If you're located in another region where we're legally required to issue a refund on an early cancellation or you have any questions about cancellations or refunds, please contact us.
