This zap offers lots of opportunity for customization:

  • Insert answer text from SurveyMonkey into the subject and body of the email.
  • Send notifications to multiple email addresses.
  • Only trigger a notification when a response meets certain criteria.
  • Only trigger a notification when a certain collector receives a new response.

You can choose to send emails from a zapiermail.com address, connect your Gmail account, or connect your email account using SMTP.

Add New SurveyMonkey Responses to a Google Sheets Spreadsheet

You can add new responses to a Google spreadsheet that dynamically updates as you gather more responses.

Before setting this up in Zapier, create a new spreadsheet in Google Sheets column headers in Row 1, and one row of sample data under each column header in Row 2. You can make the column headers say whatever you want. When you create the zap, you can decide which SurveyMonkey responses you want to insert into each column.

  • Only add responses from a certain collector.
