Instant notifications let you quickly see new survey responses by sending you an email and message in the Notification center each time a complete response is submitted. Only survey owners can turn on instant notifications for their survey, but they can share those notifications with others.
Each time someone submits a new complete response to your survey, we send an email and show a message in the Notification center. Within the email is a link to view the individual response so you can see it without logging in to a SurveyMonkey account. The link stays active for 90 days after the notification is sent.
To receive notifications for multiple surveys, you need to turn on instant notifications for each survey independently.
Anyone receiving notifications can get up to 20 instant notifications a day, across all surveys.
The survey owner can set up instant notifications for individual surveys. It isn’t possible to set up instant notifications for all surveys, at once, or for surveys that you don’t own, including shared surveys
To turn on instant notifications for a survey:

To share instant notifications with others:
When you share instant notifications with someone, they get an email to let them know. After, they receive emails each time a complete response is submitted, with a link to view the individual response so they can see it without logging in to a SurveyMonkey account.
