As your surveys collect responses, your program overview page automatically compiles key performance indicators and highlights data trends in real time. Use these visual insights to track performance, compare datasets, and see immediate feedback takeaways.
Glance charts are the scorecards at the top of your program overview page that give you an immediate snapshot of how your program is performing across key performance indicators (KPIs) like Net Promoter® Score (NPS), CSAT, Engagement score, and rating.
These scorecards calculate your metrics by pulling data from the same question types across the different surveys connected to your program, comparing your current performance to your previous time period. At this time, you can’t edit these scorecards.
Each program includes an interactive Trends tile on your program overview page to help you track your data at a glance. The Trends tile embeds Multi-survey Analysis capabilities into your workspace. Hover over the chart to see specific program details and data points.
If your survey doesn't have responses yet, your Trends tile won't show any data.
To set up and customize the program’s trends:
You can Edit your tile any time. To analyze your program data in greater detail, select Open dashboard.
As your linked surveys collect responses, your insights section automatically populates with key takeaways under the Surveys title, saving you from having to read through every individual response.
Powered by our Insights feature, it leverages Sentiment Analysis and Thematic Analysis to summarize common themes and tones. As more people take your surveys, the takeaways automatically refresh with new data.
