Choose a recommended program from Made for you to launch quickly, or create your own program for full flexibility.

Using Made for You Programs

Paid Feature: If you're on a Basic (free) plan, you'll see 3 recommended survey templates. To unlock programs and add your own surveys, upgrade to a paid plan.

Based on your profile, we recommend programs just for you.

To use a recommended program:

From Home, select the Made for you tab.
Review the programs we recommend, and select Use program on the one you want to use.

Creating Your Own Programs

You can create your own programs for your specific needs. When creating a program, you can create new surveys or use your existing surveys.

Creating a New Program

You can create a new program and add surveys to it.

To create a new program:

From Home, select Programs.
Enter a Program title and program goal (optional), and select Create.

You can now start adding surveys to your program.

Creating a Program from a Folder

If you already organize your surveys using folders, you can convert an existing folder into a program.

To create a program from an existing folder:

From Home, go to Folders.
Select the three dots (...) next to the Folder name you want to use, and select Create program.
Enter a Program title and program goal (optional), and select Create.

Managing Surveys

If you're a program Owner or Editor, you can add, edit, or remove surveys in your program.

Adding Surveys to a Program

You can add new surveys or existing ones, even if they've already collected responses.

To add a survey to a program:

From your Programs page, select the program you’re working with.
Select Add surveys.
If you want to use your existing surveys, select the surveys you want to Add to program.
If you want to create a new survey, select Create survey.

You can see your surveys on the program overview page, just below your Trends tile. You can sort the survey list by survey title or response count.

Editing or Removing Surveys

To edit or remove a survey:

Select the survey title you want to edit or select the 3 dots (...) next to the survey.
Select Edit survey to make changes, or Remove from program to remove it.

Removing a survey from a program doesn't delete it from your account—it will still be available on your Surveys page. To permanently delete a survey that you own, you must go to the Surveys page.

Deleting a Program

Deleting a program doesn't delete any surveys within it, and your surveys remain available in Home. Only program owners can delete a program.

To delete a program:

From Programs, find the program you want to delete.
Select the three dots (...) next to the program.
Select Delete.
Select Delete once more to confirm.
