Instant notifications let you quickly see new survey responses by sending you an email each time a response is submitted. You can manage instant notifications in your collector settings and share them with others.
You’ll get an email each time a new response to your survey is submitted. The email has a link to view the individual response so you can see it without logging in to your SurveyMonkey account. The link stays active for 90 days after the notification is sent.
To receive notifications for multiple surveys, you'll need to turn on instant notifications for each one. Each person receiving notifications can get a maximum of 20 instant notifications a day, across all surveys.
Instant notifications are set up for each individual survey. You can only turn on instant notifications for surveys you own, not on surveys that are shared with you.
To turn on instant notifications for a survey:
You can share instant notifications with people in or outside of your team as long as you’re the survey owner.
To share instant notifications with others:
When you share instant notifications with someone, they’ll get an email to let them know.
To stop receiving instant notifications, reach out to the survey owner and they can take you off the list. To find out who the survey owner is, look for the name listed in the instant notification email.
