Send reminder emails to remind people to take your survey. Reminders are only sent to respondents who haven’t completed your survey.
If you use a Salesforce Quick Launch Setup or send your survey using the Salesforce automation, you send up to 2 reminder emails to your recipients. Only recipients that haven't completed your survey will be sent a reminder email.

If needed, you can create objects and flows to send survey reminders from Salesforce. You’ll need to create custom mappings in GetFeedback and 2 flows in Salesforce that work together.
Set up the following before creating your email reminder workflow rules:
After you create these fields and email templates, you can set up your flows.
Create a flow to send your survey email when a certain condition is met.
Set up mappings to update the existing record when a response is submitted.
Once you set up your mappings, create a flow that sends your reminder email.
Before distributing your survey, test all workflows to make sure they're working as expected.
