Sentiment Analysis helps you understand the feeling or attitude expressed in your respondents' answers. It analyzes what people write and shows whether it's positive, negative, or neutral. Analyze the sentiment of any open-text question, except Multiple Textboxes questions.
Sentiment Analysis is on by default and analyzes all eligible responses from open-ended questions in your survey. If you turn it off, sentiments will be removed from all survey questions.
To view Sentiments Analysis, scroll to an open text question on the Question summaries tab. From the question’s Responses tab, view how people feel.
Responses are categorized as Positive, Neutral, Negative, or Undetected, and a corresponding icon appears next to each response. If a response is categorized as Undetected, we didn't have enough information to categorize it.
If you need to edit a response's sentiment to be more accurate, click the sentiment icon next to the response you want to edit and select a new sentiment icon.
