A view is a snapshot of survey data made up of rules you apply to your survey results. You can create a Saved View to easily go back to see sections of your data at any time, without having to recreate them.
For example, say you sent out a customer satisfaction survey that included questions about which store location the customer visited. You can break down the survey results using rules, then create a Saved View for each store location and easily switch between each Saved View to better understand the feedback.
|Current View||The Current View is your survey results with any active filter, compare, or show rules applied.|
|Saved View||You can save the Current View to create a Saved View that you can return to later. This lets you easily access sections of your data without having to reapply rules every time.|
|Original View||The Original View shows your survey data without any rules applied. You can switch back to the Original View at any time.|
To create a Saved View:
In the Saved Views section of the left sidebar, click the More icon (...) next to a view to rename, copy, or delete it.
A green check mark ✅ next to a view means the view is active. You can toggle a view on and off by clicking its name.
