You can use shared data pages to share your survey results without giving people access to a survey in their account. See an example »
Shared data pages are great if you want to easily share your results with someone. If you want to create a customizable report and add additional context to your results, you can create a results dashboard.
Share the saved view selected in the Analyze Results section of your survey as a link. If you make visual changes to custom charts after you create a link, you’ll need to make a new shared data page link.
To create a shared data page:
From the Analyze Results section, you can access your shared data links by clicking the Shared Data icon. Once a shared data page is open, you can click Share Settings to make changes.
People can bookmark or copy and paste the link to share your shared data pages. To share a protected version of your results, select password protection in the share settings.

You can customize the following information:
Share Setting | Description |
Access | Send shared data pages so that Anyone with the link can view or limit access with Password protection. |
Page Title | Edit the title that appears at the top of the shared data page. By default, this is your survey title. |
Description | Write an introduction to describe and add context to the results in your shared data page. This appears under the title at the top of the page. |
Open-Ended Responses | Include text responses from open-ended questions in the shared data page. |
Data Trends | Share how responses have changed over time. |
Individual Responses | Allow viewers to see how each respondent answered the survey. |
Branding | Hide SurveyMonkey branding at the bottom of your shared data page. |
URL Customization | Choose the www.surveymonkey.com domain or use a white label URL. |
Get feedback or work with others by inviting people to comment on your shared data page.
Viewers need a SurveyMonkey account to leave comments on a shared data page. When someone tries to leave a comment, they'll be prompted to sign in to their account.
It's not possible to turn off commenting on a shared data page.
You can create a link for your shared data page and share your survey results. Anyone can view this page, even if they don't have a SurveyMonkey account. If your survey is still open and collecting responses, the shared data page will update within a few minutes with new responses.
To share a link to your shared data page:
TIP! If you're on a team, you can share surveys with others and give them access to the Analyze Results section in their own account.
Password Protecting Shared Results
You can limit access to your shared data page by adding password protection or turning off sharing.
