As an Enterprise admin, go to My Team to view your team's activity, manage people, invitations, seats, and permissions.
My team has multiple tabs to help you manage your team.
| Term | Description |
| Team summary | Monitor your team’s accounts, their use, responses collected, Seat breakdown and activity. |
| Manage users | Manage people, users, seats, details, and permissions. You can search by email or username, or filter by status, role, or division. Invite users by email, share a sign-up link, or import multiple users with a CSV. |
| Team surveys | View and manage surveys created by team members on your team, including transferred surveys from one account to another, sharing surveys on behalf of others, and deleting outdated surveys. |
| User report | Have visibility into your team's activity. - View account details like the number of surveys each user has in their account, and the date they were last active. - Preview the surveys in each account to better understand how users on your team are using SurveyMonkey. |
| Divisions | A Division is a sub-group within your Enterprise team, with its own admins, users, and division library. Primary Admins and Admins can add divisions for different departments, offices, clients, cost centers, or any other groups you want to manage separately or give unique branding assets. |
| Workgroups | Workgroups help organize team members with a shared purpose to work together on survey projects. Primary Admins and Admins can create workgroups to quickly and easily share surveys with a group of people on your team. Plus, you can manage members, assign roles, and change owner status so each team member has the right level of access to surveys. You can contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to let Power Users create, own, and manage workgroups, too. |
| Library | The library is where team members can find and use shared assets to create surveys. These shared assets include images, documents, templates, themes, and questions. Primary Admins and Admins can add or manage items in the team library and set default assets to be automatically added to new surveys that teammates create. To review access levels for other roles, see Team Roles or Enterprise Team Roles. If your Enterprise team has Divisions, you can also access division libraries that have additional survey controls. |
| Activity | The Activity tab lets Primary Admins and Admins of teams with SSO enabled know what's been happening in their Enterprise Team. |
| Offline devices | Use offline mode and the SurveyMonkey Anywhere app to collect responses without an internet connection. |
| Manage credits | View your team’s Credits, export reports, access budgets and transfer credits from user to user. |
| Settings | Set default settings and permissions for your entire team. |
Under Manage users, you can view your Enterprise team members, seats, and invitations in one place.
In Manage users, select + Add User to invite others to your Enterprise team. Depending on your team, you can send your requests to people via Email, Link, CSV import, or SSO.
You see a summary of Seats on your team, breaking down the number of seats available from the total, and whether seats are Power or Casual.
Send an email to invite people to your team:
Anyone with the team sign-up page link can enter their email and invite themselves to join your team.[alert] Teams with SSO enabled won't see these options. Instead, admins can send your team’s invite link to people.
To create a link to a sign-up page:
You can manage your team sign-up page from the Add Users tab of My Team.
As a Primary Admin or Admin, go to My Team to view or update their team's division, and custom role assignments by importing a CSV file.
View our example screenshot to see how to properly format your CSV file. Create a spreadsheet in an application like Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Make sure you set up your spreadsheet's first row with the following header fields: Username, Email, Role, Division (user), Division (admin).
Follow these guidelines when adding data to your spreadsheet:
| Role | CSV Term |
| Primary Admin | account_owner |
| Admin | admin |
| Division Admin | division_admin |
| Power User | regular |
| Casual User | casual |
| Pending invite | unspecified |
*For CSV Terms for customized roles, see Custom Roles.
To import a CSV file:
You can Download error log to view the import status per user and any import errors. Once you dismiss the Import finished message, you can’t download the report.
Once your import finishes you can Download error log to view the import status for each row. If there are errors, you can fix them and re-import the file to try again.
If there's an Import Error it could be:
You can manage pending team invitations sent via email from Manage users in My Team. Select the default Action on screen or select the three dots to open other options, including: Resend, Remind, Assign, Cancel invite, Manage surveys, or View.
If someone has a pending invitation but you invite them to a different seat type, the most recent invitation will override the previous request.
As the people you need to work with change, you can Re-assign or delete accounts from Manage users in My Team.
