New Homepage: If you’re seeing the new homepage experience things may look a bit different but we encourage you to try it out. If you don’t find the features you’re looking for, you can click the New Homepage toggle to access My Surveys.
Organize and manage all your surveys from the Homepage or My Surveys. Click the three dots (...) to the right of any survey to access available options.
Option | Description |
| Edit survey or Design | Go to the Design Survey section of your survey to create or edit your survey design, questions, or theme. |
| Preview survey | Preview your survey to make sure everything looks and works as you expect, and lets you see how your survey will look to respondents. You can also invite people to review and comment on your survey before you send it. |
| Send survey or Collect | Go to the Collect Responses section of the survey to send your survey or manage existing collectors. If the icon is grey, it means there are no open collectors on the survey. |
| Analyze results or Analyze | Go to the Analyze Results section to view and analyze your results. If the icon is grey, it means you have no access to the Analyze Results section. |
| Choose an audience | Create a Target Audience collector to send your survey to a global panel who match your targeting criteria. |
| Move to folder | Choose an existing folder or click +New Folder to name and create a new folder. |
| Make a copy | Create a duplicate version of a survey in your account. |
| Share or Share your survey | Share the survey with others. |
| Transfer survey | Transfer the entire survey and its responses to a different SurveyMonkey account—removing it from your account. |
| Delete survey | Permanently delete this survey and its responses from your account. |
| Remove survey | Remove a shared survey from your account. The survey remains in the survey owner's account. |
| Set notifications | Automatically notify yourself or others when your survey receives responses. |
| Send a copy | Send a copy of this survey—excluding its responses—to another account. The original will stay in your account with its responses. |
| Clear responses | Delete responses from your survey. |
Use the search bar to find a survey by survey title or nickname. We aren't able to search for keywords in your survey questions and answers, or responses.
Use folders to organize your surveys in the best way for you, for easy access and efficiency.
