Salesforce-ready survey templates let you add contacts and leads straight from your GetFeedback form to your Salesforce environment without setting up mappings.

Connect your Salesforce environment to GetFeedback. Then, from your survey, select Mappings > Salesforce Custom Mappings and choose a connection for your survey.

You can create a lead, contact, or case form in your survey.

  • The Salesforce lead form allows you to add respondents as leads in Salesforce after they complete your survey.
  • The Salesforce contact form adds respondents as contacts in Salesforce after they complete your survey.
  • The Salesforce case form creates a new case after a respondent completes your survey.

To prevent duplicate leads or contacts, you can create mappings to check before adding someone as a contact or lead.

To add lead, contact, or case forms to your survey:

  1. In the survey builder, select Add Question.
  2. In the Integrations section, select the form you want to add.
  3. Turn on the toggle for the fields you want to include in your form. We automatically add any required fields. To use custom data in the field, select Use fixed value, then enter the value to map to that field on each lead, contact, or case.
  4. Select Done.

Your form is ready to use. To view your mappings, select Mappings > Salesforce Custom Mappings.

If you want to change your form fields later, go to the customization menu on the right of the survey builder, then scroll to the bottom of the menu and choose Select lead fields.
