After you launch your Feedback Button, Trigger-based Form, or Embedded Form, you can dive into the data to gain actionable insights. This guide walks you through the Analyze Results dashboard, including how to view trends, filter data, and export your results.
Access the analytics for any active or past project from your main dashboard.
The Analytics tab provides a visual overview of your performance metrics. Key sections include:
| Section | Description |
| Frequency | Shows a timeline chart outlining the volume of responses received over the selected date range. |
| Analytics | View charts related to each question in your form, along with the relevant Metadata (Device, Operating System, Browser, Most active pages, IP Addresses). |
| Collective responses | View a raw, row-by-row list of individual responses. |
To focus on specific data, select Filters in the top right corner. The filter modal opens with a left-hand category list and the matching controls on the right.
The modal also includes Reset filters and Apply filters controls at the bottom, so you can clear the selection or apply it to the dashboard view.
Multi-Form Analysis lets you analyze your data across multiple forms of the same type, for example, 2 Trigger-Based Forms. This allows for the comparison of up to 4 different forms. You can use this feature by selecting the checkboxes beside the Forms on the Dashboard, before selecting the Analyze CTA at the bottom.
Make sure the questions you are comparing are of the same type
To perform external analysis or share results with your team, export your data from the dashboard.
If you apply filters to your dashboard, your export will show the filtered data.
