Saving Surveys as Templates

Campaign templates let you reuse a set of questions from a previous web campaign. Once you save a campaign form as a template, you can reuse those questions for any future campaigns. You can also choose from a set of pre-defined templates for your campaign.

Once you finish editing your web campaign form, you can save it as a template. To save your campaign as a template:

  1. From the campaign form editor, select Templates.
  2. Select Save this form as template.
  3. Enter a name for the template.
  4. Select the template’s language.
  5. Select Save. You can use this template for future web campaigns.

To apply a template to a campaign:

  1. From the campaign form editor, select Templates.
  2. Under Apply template, select the language of the template you want to use.
  3. Select either a Default template or Custom template for your campaign.
  4. Select Apply template.

You can rename a template, change the language category, or delete a template. To manage your existing templates:

  1. From the campaign form editor, select Templates.
  2. Select the Manage Templates tab at the top. You’ll see a list of templates with the date they were created.
  3. Manage your templates:
    1. To rename a template, enter a new name in the Name field.
    2. To change the language category, select a new language from the dropdown.
    3. To delete a template, select the trash can button.
  4. Select Save.
