You can manage the types of marketing emails you receive, the SurveyMonkey accounts that can send you survey invitations, emails you receive from SurveyMonkey Contribute, and the cookies we use.
These email communications may include monthly newsletters, best practices, data stories and quizzes, product updates, product research and feedback.
We like sharing how you can get the most out of SurveyMonkey by emailing you about cool new features, interesting customer stories, and advice from expert survey methodologists—and you can easily manage the types of emails we send.
To manage your email and newsletter preferences:
If you have a SurveyMonkey account, we’ll continue to send you account-related emails. While you can manage some emails like daily summary notifications, you will continue to receive other emails related to your account, like billing reminders, cancellation notices, and requests or invitations to access or comment on your surveys. These are service linked communications which you cannot opt out from if you wish to continue using our service.
SurveyMonkey account holders can create and send surveys to email addresses or phone numbers they add to an Email Invitation or Text Message. Each invitation includes the option to opt out or unsubscribe from receiving further invitations.
TIP! If you're concerned a message you received through SurveyMonkey may be spam, please review our Acceptable Uses Policy to report a complaint.
If you receive emails from SurveyMonkey Contribute asking you to take surveys, you can choose to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, you won’t get email invitations to take surveys, but you can still log in to Contribute to take surveys.
