Supported HTML

You cannot add new HTML formatting in New Design. Instead, you can use the rich text editor to change the look of survey text, add media, or link to other information.

If your survey contains existing HTML that you added in Classic Design, it will still display properly in New Design. However, if you edit a question containing existing HTML, only some HTML will be supported upon saving your changes.

You will receive a warning message if a question you are about to edit contains unsupported HTML. You can click Cancel to keep your custom question formatting.
