To make sure you receive our emails, we recommend adding Salesforce IP addresses and domains to your allow list. If you don't see any emails from us, be sure to check your spam and junk folders in case the support email ended up there.
English phone support is only available to Premier, Team Premier, and Enterprise plans. Some people on Team Premier or Enterprise might not be eligible for phone support, like people with Contributor seats.
