If you clicked on a survey link and saw the answers were already selected or written, then the survey has Response Editing turned on AND Multiple Responses turned off.
If someone forwarded you a link they received via email, you'll be able to see and edit their responses if editing is enabled. Please do not edit the survey! Instead, contact the survey creator who can turn off Response Editing and give you the correct link.
