SurveyMonkey's integration with Workday lets you:
When you connect Workday for the first time, your Enterprise Admin needs to choose the employee data you’d like to bring into SurveyMonkey. Once set up, you can share this connection across the organization so the people you work with can use it right away.
To connect your Workday account to SurveyMonkey:
Build your survey lists using up-to-date Workday data instead of manually uploading contacts. We check your employee list with the last synced Workday data to make sure the intended employees receive the survey. You can only target your audience with an email collector.
To target your survey audience:
We automatically add Workday data to survey responses so you can easily filter and analyze feedback. When connected, we attach these details directly to the responses to save you time.
To analyze your results:
You can Export your survey data to your preferred format.
To disable your Workday account:
Once you disable your Workday account, you can’t create new email collectors or edit any existing ones with employee attributes.
To enable your Workday account:
When you re-enable your account, all your configurations are restored, allowing you to resume syncing with Workday.
Deleting your Workday connection permanently erases all saved settings, including your saved credentials and access tokens. Because this action can’t be undone, reconnecting later requires you to log in again. Deleting also removes custom preferences like sharing settings and attribute selections, so you must reconfigure them.
To delete your Workday connection:
Your employee data is managed directly in Workday. Your data syncs every 24 hours, and changes you make in Workday don’t reflect immediately in your SurveyMonkey account.
To request the deletion or export of employee data stored in the integration address book (such as fulfilling a privacy or data rights request), contact Customer Support.
