Connecting to an LLM is available on any plan, as long as your account’s data is stored in the United States. Your specific plan, user seat, or role may limit the output of the connector, and you may need to upgrade to access all response data and paid features.
While our connectors are available in all LLM- supported languages, our connectors deliver the best experience in English.
LLM Connectors aren’t available to HIPAA-enabled Enterprise accounts or those with an Enhanced Sensitive Data Protection account.

To disconnect a linked connector (aka Plug-in):
Team and Enterprise admins can disable access for their entire team by contacting SurveyMonkey support.
When using a connector, you are responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant during connector set up and for monitoring the outputs and actions the AI assistant proposes or takes in your SurveyMonkey account. AI assistants may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
SurveyMonkey doesn’t control the LLM and we aren’t responsible for its availability, security, accuracy, outputs, or actions.
