Installing the SurveyMonkey App on HootSuite

Log in to HootSuite.
Click the puzzle piece App Directory icon in the left toolbar.
Search the App Directory for SurveyMonkey.
Click the Install App button. A SurveyMonkey tab will appear on your HootSuite dashboard.
Under that tab, click Connect with SurveyMonkey. A popup appears asking you to enter your SurveyMonkey login information.
Enter your SurveyMonkey username and password.
Click Authorize.

Viewing the Results Summary & Individual Responses on HootSuite

Open the SurveyMonkey tab.
Locate the survey whose results you'd like to view.
In the Actions column to the right of the survey, click the graph icon.
The results window defaults to the Question Summaries tab, where you can view charts representing each question of the survey. (Note: For more dynamic charts, return to the Analyze Results section in SurveyMonkey).

Open the SurveyMonkey tab.
Locate the survey whose results you'd like to view.
In the Actions column to the right of the survey, click the graph icon.
Click the Individual Responses tab to view raw data: Start Date & Time, Last Modified Date & Time, Status, Collection Mode, and IP Address.
Click the plus sign icon to the left of a response to see that respondent's answers to each survey question.

Open the SurveyMonkey tab.
Locate the survey you'd like to send.
In the Actions column, click the arrow icon to open the Compose Message Box, which will automatically include the survey link.
Compose your message.
Select the social network(s) that will post your message.
Choose to send the message immediately or schedule its delivery for later.

Tips

Use the search function in the upper right of the SurveyMonkey tab to quickly find a specific survey.
Click the refresh icon in the upper right of the SurveyMonkey tab to pull the most current survey responses.
Click a survey title to return to the Analyze Results section in SurveyMonkey.
Click a collector name to open the survey.
