Can a respondent fill out the same question or page multiple times?

You may need a respondent to fill out a question or page multiple times. In SurveyMonkey, you have a couple options:

Turn on Multiple Responses using a Web Link Collector. You can also edit the Survey End Page to loop to the start of the survey so respondents can take the survey again, as many times as needed.
Copy the question and add it to a page several times. Instruct respondents to answer as many as needed and to skip over the rest.

If those options don't meet your needs, Wufoo might be right for you. Wufoo is another SurveyMonkey product that focuses on form building.

Using Wufoo's multiple condition rules, you can show the appropriate number of fields to fill out based on a previous selection.

This is great for registration forms. For example, "How many kids are you signing up for camp?" The respondent selects a number from a drop-down menu. If they choose 4, then 4 sections appear on the page to fill out.
