Show rules let you focus on specific parts of your survey results. Choose which pages or questions you want to see, and we'll hide the rest.

You can only create one show rule at a time.

To create a show rule:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. Select Rules from the toolbar, then click + Show.
  3. Choose the criteria you want to focus on.
  4. Click Apply. At the top of the page, you'll see the number of responses included in your rule compared to the total number of responses you received.

You'll see any active rules at the top of the page. We'll also show the number of responses included in your rule, compared to the number of responses in your survey.

To manage show rules:

  1. Select Rules from the toolbar.
  2. Click the three dots menu next to a show rule to unapply, edit, rename, or delete it. You can't copy a show rule.

Click the name of the rule to turn it on or off. A green check mark ✅ next to a rule means that the rule is active. You'll also see any active rules at the top of the page.

You can export your results with rules applied or share your survey results with other people.

Save multiple rules together as a view to easily access different sections of your data.
