Filtering by Open Text Questions in Workspaces

Use Open Text filters to analyze text comments in your Workspace. You can filter by specific keywords using Open Text Search or by comment sentiment.

Select Add Filter to create your filter. Then, select and set up your filter:

Open Text Search: Select a question to filter by. To show results that contain any of your keywords, select either Is Any Of or Is Not. To only show results that match all keywords, select either Is Exactly or Is Exactly Not. Then, enter your keywords, pressing Enter after each word.
Sentiment: To show results that match a certain sentiment, select Is Any Of. To show all results except those that match a certain sentiment, select Is Not. Then, select the sentiments to filter by.

Once you’ve selected your filter settings, select Apply to turn on the filter.
