GetFeedback for Apps lets you gather passive feedback whether your customers are online or not. If a customer isn’t connected to the internet, their feedback is saved on their device until they’re back online and using your app.
Campaigns in GetFeedback for Apps are triggered only while your customer is connected to the internet. If a customer loses their connection while completing your survey, the results will be stored locally on their device and submitted once the user regains internet access.
