When you're signed into GetFeedback you can update your password by going to the Settings page and entering your existing password and your new password. Next, confirm your new password to update your account.
Strong Passwords will ensure that your password meets industry standards for security, and will require your password to contain the following:
Once your strong password is created and you’re logged in, your login session will last for 30 days. After 30 days, you will be automatically logged out and will need to log in again when you return to GetFeedback.
Additionally, every 90 days, your password will expire and you will be required to create a new strong password. You can't reuse a password that you've already used within the past year.
If you fail to input the correct password in six attempts, you will be locked out of your GetFeedback account. You can try logging in again after 24 hours.
