If you forget the password to your GetFeedback account, go to https://www.getfeedback.com/sign-in, enter your email address and click Continue.
Next, click Forgot your password? and enter the email address associated with your GetFeedback account.
Check your email for your password reset link, and click on the link in your email to choose a new password. If you don’t see your password reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
When you're signed into GetFeedback you can update your password by navigating to Settings > User Settings. Enter your existing password and your new password. Then, confirm your new password to update your account.
Note: If you’re an SSO user, you won’t have the option to change your password and should contact your company’s IT department for assistance.
Strong Passwords will ensure that your password meets industry standards for security, and will require your password to contain the following:
Once your strong password is created and you’re logged in, your login session will last for 30 days. After 30 days, you will be automatically logged out and will need to log in again when you return to GetFeedback.
Additionally, every 90 days, your password will expire and you will be required to create a new strong password. You can't reuse a password that you've already used within the past year.
If you fail to input the correct password in six attempts, you will be locked out of your GetFeedback account. You can try logging in again after 24 hours.

You can change your password by going to the Settings page while logged into GetFeedback Digital.
