It's easy to upgrade your GetFeedback plan to suit your needs, just reach out to our friendly Sales team or your Customer Success Manager to find the plan or add-ons that are right for you.
When upgrading from an existing plan subscription to a new plan, your account will be updated with your new plan immediately and you’ll be able to access any new features and capabilities.
It is important to note that your account will auto-renew annually on your plan’s anniversary date. For example, if you upgrade to the Ultimate annual plan on March 15th, your account will auto-renew on March 15th of the following year.
