GetFeedback Cancellation Policy

GetFeedback is a software subscription service. This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “billing cycle”).

Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on the subscription plan you selected when signing up. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team.

Please note that GetFeedback is not able to offer refunds for past services, however, you may cancel auto-renewal on your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel auto-renewal, your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

If you would like to cancel or downgrade your plan, you will need to make that change prior to your subscription renewal date. For example, if you've signed up for a Monthly GetFeedback Professional plan on April 1 and you'd like to cancel it, you should cancel the plan by April 30 to prevent auto-renewal on May 1.
