GetFeedback is a software subscription service. This means we bill you in advance on a regular schedule, known as a billing cycle.
Billing cycles are typically monthly or annual, depending on the subscription plan you selected when signing up. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel through your online account management page.
We can’t offer refunds for past services, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
To cancel your plan, make the change before your subscription renewal date.
For example, if you sign up for a Monthly GetFeedback Plus plan on April 1 and you want to cancel it, cancel the plan by April 30 to prevent renewal on May 1.
