To create a survey using a template:

Paid Templates
Some templates are only available on paid plans. For example, most templates that have more than 10 questions require a paid plan to use them. Some templates with more than 10 questions are available on all plans, but you'll need a paid plan to edit the questions in the template.

TIP! Look for the Benchmark icon to find templates that include benchmarkable questions. These questions let you compare your data against others who’ve used that question.
If you're a Primary Admin or Admin of a team, you can create your own templates that anyone in your team can use. Team templates are saved in your team's Library.
If you're part of a team, you can create a survey using a team template from your team's Library or choose one when creating a survey.
