If you are a reviewer within a site on SurveyMonkey Apply you can refer to some of our commonly asked questions in regards to certain aspects of the site.

In order to review an application, you will need to click Start or Continue on the Program and Stage that the applications are currently in. On your main page, you will be able to see how many reviews are available to be completed within each Program and Stage.
Once within the reviewer panel, you can use the Reviewer Split Screen to review the application.
The completion status of each review will be displayed within the reviewer panel next to the application. There are three statuses, each with a different icon, and the terminology used to access the Split View will vary:

You can see the total number of reviews completed on your reviewer homepage and at the top of your reviewer panel.
Whether or not you can see the reviews of other reviewers will vary based on a configuration in place by the administrators of the site. If this has been enabled within the site, to see these Reviews:
If the Reviews tab is not available it will mean that the administrator has not configured the site to allow you to view the other reviews. You will need to contact the administrators of the site for more information.
As a Reviewer, you can add and read application notes from the Reviewer Split Screen. These notes will be accessible to other reviewers assigned to the application and all administrators on the site.
To access Application Notes as a Reviewer:
NOTE: As a Reviewer you cannot create notes that are private to yourself or to only administrators. All notes will be visible to administrators as well as to other assigned reviewers.
From this section you can add, edit or delete a note.

In order to add a note on the application that will be visible to all Administrators and Reviewers:

Within the Reviewer Split Screen, you have the ability to Edit the notes that you have written about an application. In order to Edit a note:

As a reviewer, your assignments will be separated first by the program the application applied to and then the specific stage the application is in. Therefore, if it is the case that you are set up to review multiple programs or stages in the site you will need to access each one in order to review those specific applications.

NOTE: Once you have submitted the review, what happens next will depend on the setup of the site by the administrators. Therefore, they may have an automation to move the application out of your reviewer panel once you submit the review. If you wish to request more information in regards to this you can contact the administrators of the site.
Within your reviewer panel, assignments are automatically filtered based on the program they have applied to and the stage in the program process that you are assigned to review. Once you click to Start or Continue your reviewer for a specific stage/program you can also filter the assignments further based on the completion status of the review.

You can also sort your applications by clicking on the Application column to sort the column alphabetically.
This is a process that can be enabled by administrators of the site, if you don't see this functionality, please contact the administrator.
If there is an application in your reviewer portal that is a conflict of interest for you:
An email will automatically be sent to the administrators of the site to notify them of your conflict.
