How to Categorize Programs

Within SurveyMonkey Apply it is possible to create and update categories for your programs. Program categories allow you to group multiple programs under one umbrella which can be quite useful for site organization and reporting.

Once categories have been added to one program they can be enabled for any additional programs within the site. By enabling a category for a program you will be associating that category to the program going forward.

To add a program to a category:

  1. Go to the Site Dashboard
  2. Go to the Program Settings
  3. Click on the Extras tab
  4. Select the checkboxes of categories you would like to associate with that program.
  5. Your selection will be auto-saved.

To remove a program from a category:

  1. Go to the Site Dashboard
  2. Go to the Program Settings
  3. Click on the Extras tab
  4. Remove the checkbox selection of the category that no longer applies to the program.
  5. Your selection will be auto-saved.
