When to Contact the Site Administrator

SurveyMonkey Apply support is happy to help with your questions, but sometimes you need to contact your site administrator for application, review, or recommendation questions within the program.

To contact the site administrator:

1. Go to the Home page.
2. Select the i icon.
3. Select Contact the site administrator.

The common scenarios to ask your site administrator are dependent on your role: 

SurveyMonkey Apply support can’t guide or clarify workflow questions or tasks. Contact the site administrator so they can help. 

Examples:
- “I don’t understand what this question is asking me to do?”
- “How do I know how much to request in funding?”

SurveyMonkey Apply support cannot extend a program’s deadline. If your deadline has passed, you need to contact the site administrator to let them know which tasks remain post-deadline.

Examples:
- “Can I get an extension? I can’t make this deadline.”
- “I tried to submit my application and received an error message, but now the deadline has passed.”

To maintain the security of the account, you need to contact SurveyMonkey Apply support from the exact email address used to log in to SurveyMonkey Apply. 

If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact the site administrator to assist.

Examples:
- “I registered with my school email, but I no longer have access to it.”
- “My colleague originally completed this application, but they are no longer with the company and I’m taking over.”

When an application leaves a review stage or that review stage’s deadline has passed, your assigned reviews won’t be available on your dashboard. Contact the site administrator to re-access them.

Examples:
- “I received an email saying I was assigned applications, but I don’t see them when I log in.”
- “I had pending assignments when I logged off last night, they’re no longer there today.”

While viewing a completed review, you may see an option to Modify your review, but if you do not see this and want to change or edit a review, contact the site administrator to assist.

Examples:
- “I completed a review assignment, but realized I scored the application incorrectly. Can you reopen my assignment?”

When you’re reviewing an application, you may notice something missing in your review portal. For instance, if you find missing tasks or other crucial information, it's likely due to visibility settings on the review stage, controlled by the site administrator. To resolve this, contact the site administrator

Examples:
- “I don’t see an uploaded proposal when I try to review the application.”
- “I cannot see the reviews and notes my teammates provided for this application.”

Once a recommendation has been submitted, SurveyMonkey Apply support can't reopen the recommendation. Contact the site administrator to possibly reopen the task.

Examples:
- “I recently completed a recommendation for John Doe, but I accidentally uploaded the wrong copy of the letter. Can you reopen so I can fix it?”
