SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey's integration with Microsoft OneDrive lets you store a file of your survey or results in OneDrive. You can then share this asset just like you would any other file in OneDrive.

Install the integration from our App Directory. The integration setup is only available in English.

You can share your .survey or .results files just like you would any other file in OneDrive. However, what the person you're sharing with can see when they open it depends on the permissions they have for the survey in SurveyMonkey.

If you're sharing a .survey or .results file with someone who is a Full access collaborator on your SurveyMonkey team, they'll have access to the survey or results within their SurveyMonkey account. If you're sharing it with someone who isn't on your team, .survey files will open in a preview and test view and .results files will open as a shared data page.

To share a survey or results:

  1. Install the OneDrive integration.
  2. Choose Surveys or Surveys + Responses.
  3. Search for and select the survey you want to share with OneDrive.
  4. To share responses, select a collector or Select All for all collectors.
  5. Click Select a folder to choose the OneDrive location to save the survey or responses to.
  6. Log into OneDrive to view the survey or individual responses where you saved them.
  7. Select the three dots (...) next to a survey or response to open and view it within SurveyMonkey.
