Accepting Payments

Let your respondents make payments right within your form via PayPal or Stripe for classes, application or membership fees, event registrations, and more. Form owners can choose to offer various prices linked to a single question or set a fixed price for everyone taking your form.

It’s only possible to add one payment method per form, and we don’t recommend switching payment methods on a form.

Form creators can charge payments in the following currencies: AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, SGD, and USD.
