When building your survey on the free plan, you have the chance to try out paid features before sending your survey.

TIP! If you're not on the free plan, or you previously had a different paid plan, you may have different features available to you. Learn more about what happens to your surveys when you downgrade your account.

What features are only on paid plans?

Paid features are indicated by a yellow lock icon in the left sidebar of the Design Survey page. You'll see them when adding survey logic, customizing a theme, or adding other design features to your survey.

What paid features are in my survey?

To see a list of paid features added to your survey:

Click the Design Survey tab.
In the survey header, click Paid Features.
Optional: Click See Plans to see which plans include those features.

How do I remove paid features?

To see a list of paid features added to your survey:

Click the Design Survey tab.
In the survey header, click Paid Features.
In the left sidebar, you'll see a list of the paid features,

Click Edit next to the feature you want to remove, and you'll be taken to the feature's location in your survey to remove it.
