Metric | Description |
Pageviews | The number of times your form is visited or loaded—either when someone visits a link to the form or when a page your form's embedded in is loaded. |
Entries | The number of entries submitted. We break entries down by location (region, country, and city), as well as by operating system and browser type. We also track some basic referrals so you can see how people arrived at your form. This is really helpful if you have the same form embedded on multiple pages and you want to see which page is the most successful. |
Conversion Rate | The number of entries divided by the total number of pageviews. This gives you an idea of how effective your form is at getting users to view it, fill it out, and submit it. A low conversion rate can be a good indication that you may need to make some tweaks. |
Error Score | The total number of errors divided by the number of successful submissions. Errors include things like field validation or not filling out required fields. A high error rate might mean you should make some changes to your form. Or maybe you find people make more errors at night, or on Friday afternoons—you can use that information to adjust how and when you distribute or promote your forms. |
Average Time | The average time it takes people to complete your form—from the moment the page loads to when they submit the form. |
