Foreign Language Support

Foreign Language Support provides the ability to gather responses with a localized email campaign and survey instrument. Select languages include:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Japanese
  • Portuguese

This is an add-on feature that is available for purchase at an additional cost. If you are interested in adding this feature to your TechValidate contract, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager.  

  1. Create a new survey in TechValidate.
  2. On the survey Overview page, go to Project Info and click on the language.
  3. Change the Locale to the language of your choice.
  4. Click Save changes.
  1. The default survey questions (job titles, Net Promoter Score, named content, and customer reference), survey intro message, and the email invitations will automatically be translated in the chosen language.
  2. Build out your survey questions in the chosen language.
  3. Provide your dedicated Customer Success Manager with the English version of your survey questions and answer options.
  4. Complete the necessary launch steps and submit your project for approval.
  • Your recipients will take the survey in their local language
  • Quotes/testimonials will be in the language the respondent submitted their answers in
  • Statistical content, charts, and case studies will automatically be in English, but you can translate it back to your desired language and submit with a note for staff during the publishing process
