How to Duplicate a Survey Project
Duplicating a survey project will allow you to send an identical survey to a different customer list. Later when creating content, you can segment the survey by customer group or aggregate certain responses across surveys.
To duplicate a project, follow these steps:
- Go to your original survey under Projects.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, select Duplicate Project.
- Select which customers you'd like included from the previous survey.
Congrats! You've duplicated a project. Make sure to Rename the new survey in the Overview tab under Actions --> Edit title and description.
