Downloading / Exporting Options
In TechValidate, depending on your User Role, you can download response data from a survey, a recipient list from a survey, or the bounces and opt-outs of a particular survey.
To download:
- Login to TechValidate and navigate to the survey project you're interested in downloading from.
- Open the survey.
- In the Overview tab, under Actions on the right-hand side, click on Download Options.
- Click to Download Response Data, Download Bounce List, Download Opt Out List, Download Recipient List, or Download Questionnaire.
You're finished! The CSV has now been downloaded to your computer.
