Express Delivery

Express Delivery speeds up the completion of your SurveyMonkey Audience order by a business day or more. Respondents are paired with Express Delivery orders before they're prompted to take other surveys.

To complete your order before the estimated delivery date displayed in your order, add Express Delivery before you proceed to checkout. Once an order has started, you can't add Express Delivery.

Orders are eligible for Express Delivery if:

  • You're purchasing respondents from our United States Contribute or Rewards panel.
  • Your targeting criteria is broad.
  • Your incidence rate is greater than 50%.
  • You need less than 3,000 completed responses.
  • There are currently fewer than 5 live Express Delivery orders currently running or no more than 10,800 collective responses needed.

To enable Express Delivery:

  1. Create a Targeted Audience collector.
  2. In Your Estimate, click Add Express Delivery.
  3. In the pop-up window, check the box to Enable Express Delivery for the added price per response. If your order is not eligible, you'll see an error message.
  4. Click Save.

To disable Express Delivery:

  1. In Your Order, click Disable Express Delivery.
  2. In the pop-up window, un-check the box to Enable Express Delivery.
  3. Click Save.
