We don't offer a question type that presents multiple columns of textboxes in a grid or matrix format.
If you need to collect multiple open-ended responses with a single question, create a Multiple Textboxes question. You can place the questions side-by-side, but the data for each question will be presented separately in the Analyze Results section.
