To log in, or recover your login details:
If you don’t receive an email from us, you can try a different username or email address, or contact support.
To reset your password:
If you haven’t changed your account to the new login process, you may have forgotten your login details, or have multiple accounts with different usernames.
It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to show up in your inbox. If it's been longer, the email may be in your spam or junk folder, or it's being blocked by your email security settings.
To unblock SurveyMonkey emails:
If you’re using the new login process and received a reset code, check that you’re entering the most recent code. Codes expire 10 minutes after your request, or if a new one is requested.
If you’re still logging in with a username, check that you’re entering the correct username or email address for the account you’re trying to access. Your username may be different from the email address associated with your account or you may have multiple accounts associated with the same email address.
If you're not sure what your username is, enter your email on the forgot password page and leave the username field blank.
Whether you’re requesting a code, or entering your username or email address, ensure your browser isn’t storing outdated login information. Clear your cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser, and try logging in again with your username and new password.
