Redmine is a project management tool that allows you to create and manage project roadmaps, signal issues, and solve issues. The integration lets you create Redmine Project Issues from web button feedback.

GetFeedback Admins and Power Users can set up integrations.

Setting up the Integration

To set up the Redmine integration:

From app.usabilla.com, select your username in the bottom left corner, then select Account Settings.
Select the Integrations tab.
Select the Redmine logo.
Set up the integration:
- Button: Select the web button to integrate with Redmine.
- Push Feedback: Choose when to send feedback to Redmine:
  - Manually: Only send feedback to Redmine when you want.
  - With an email address: Automatically push all feedback items in which the email address field contains data to Redmine.
  - With a comment: Automatically push all feedback items to Redmine that contain comments.
  - With an email address or comment: Automatically push all feedback items to Redmine that contain an email address or a comment.
  - All items: Automatically push all feedback items to Redmine.
- API key: Enter a Redmine API key.
- Username: Enter your Redmine username.
- Password: Enter your Redmine password.
- Project name: The Remine project you want to send feedback to.
- Tracker: The Redmine issue type you want to create when sending feedback.
- URL: The URL to push data to.
- Enable: Check the box to turn on the Redmine integration when you save it. You can enable or disable it later.
Select Save.

Turning the Integration On or Off

If you didn’t enable the integration, you can turn it on at any time. If you want to stop sending feedback to Redmine, you can disable the integration at any time.

To enable or disable the integration:

From app.usabilla.com, select your username in the bottom left corner, then select Account Settings.
Select the Integrations tab.
Scroll to the Redmine integrations section, then select the integration to edit.
To enable the integration, check the Enable box.
To disable the integration, uncheck the Enable box.
Select Save.
