Chattermill maintains a self-learning algorithm to optimize Sentiment Analysis. The GetFeedback integration with Chattermill helps you analyze feedback in a scaleable way so you can get the most out of GetFeedback.

GetFeedback Admins and Power Users can set up integrations.

Use our Public API to connect and send GetFeedback data to Chattermill. Our Public API allows you to retrieve feedback that's collected with GetFeedback Digital across all of our products. For more information about our Public API, feel free to have a look at our Public API documentation.

You’ll need to use an Access Key and Secret Key to use our Public API.

Administrators can view the Public API tab in GetFeedback.

To generate keys for the GetFeedback API:

  1. In, select your username in the bottom left corner, then select Account Settings.
  2. Select the Public API tab.
    • If this is the first time someone on your team has opened the Public API tab, you’ll see a button to Request Access. Select Request Access to generate a Secret key.
    • If only the Access Key is visible, a Secret Key was generated in the past. If nobody in your organization knows the Secret Key, you can regenerate it. If you do this, the original key will be invalidated. Any solutions that use the original key will break, and API calls will fail.

Once you’ve generated your API keys, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to get started with Chattermill. Your CSM will help you make sure you have the correct IDs to pass data to Chattermill.
